The name says it all! We are here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals no matter what they are. You will notice some different equipment here than other gyms in Kapiti, because we believe having the right mix of traditional and newly developed gym equipment that burns more calories and enhances your core strength will lead you to success.
There is more than just equipment on offer, with quality classes throughout the week and fantastic personal trainers who know how to get you where you want to be.
We are as passionate about your achievement as you are, so we'll talk to you about your goals and help you map out a plan to achieve them.
Convenience is key for many people when it comes to working out, so as well as providing 24/7 swipe access, we are in a very central location. If you commute you can come to the gym on your way to or from work as we are close to the Waikanae railway station. We also have private car parking available for members and are situated right between two supermarkets.

We are a REPS Registered Facility which means we meet NZ and international standards to deliver safe and effective exercise advice to you.
H.I.I.T stands for high intensity interval training that alternates between intense bursts of activity and periods of less intense activity. HIIT will burn more fat in less time, improve your heart health, increase your metabolism, immune system and anti-aging ability! Ideally you will do your own warm up before the class starts, and your own stretch at the end.
Exercise to Stay Young
A 40 minute class for older people wanting improved mobility and flexibility. You will work on your balance, core strength and bone density. Strength training goes a long way to preventing age related declines in bone and muscle mass, including osteoporosis, which can lead to frailty and fracture. By also working on core strength, stability and flexibility, this class will help you stay mobile and enjoying life!
A fun and effective Cardio Box class to get your heart rate up, improve your cardio fitness and shed those kilos. It’s a great class for those who want to burn calories and is the ultimate stress buster. You will be partnered up (or bring a mate) for focus pad and bag work, and prior boxing experience is not necessary. If you like high intensity, hot and sweaty classes, this is for you.
The class would suit those who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness, control or lose weight, enjoy fun interaction with others, need a cardio workout but without tiring your legs before your sporting event.
This is a 50 minute class working mainly on your core muscles, but you will also get a full body workout. It's low impact so fine for those with knee or back issues, or for those getting back into their fitness regime - but you'll still work up a sweat. The class is tailored somewhat based on who attends each class, so come along with your desires and Jackie will do her best to incorporate them!
The ultimate in interval training! This is a fun, high intensity class with a diverse range of exercises and equipment. You will work on your whole body, using body weight, medicine balls, power bags, VIPRs, suspension cables, cable crossovers, dumbbells, kettle bells, bosu balls, fit balls, strength bags and ropes to get your body looking great.
